Would it be possible to add and additional downloadable digital badge that employers and/or educators can hand out to students that perform outstanding work? I do not see a category for this option when looking in achievements.

This is basically like a request to award an achievement manually, is that right? We could do something like that in the future. IMO the best possible thing for an employer to do is give specific written feedback to the team and to give the individual student an endorsement. This will be more valuable than a general badge. Can you let me know who has requested this?

Emily Masching HI Emily. Thank you for the insight and suggestions, I have passed that along. Ramzi from London Met requested this feature and was very excited for it for a couple reasons. It is very cut-throat in London in the field he is in and wants his students to have as much opportunity as possible to stand out from others. The other reason was for the school's reputation, it is also competitive there between institutions, and if he can boast more employability and students that can get these badges then it betters their reputation.
