If I am running an experience on Riipen, I would like to be able to set hard deadlines on certain tasks my learners must take on, and have those hard deadlines ultimately prevent a team from taking future actions if they are missed, or otherwise "cancelling" the team.

Some of the items I would like to see include:

2.1 Teams must complete a milestone by its due date or be unable to complete that milestone.

2.2 Teams must complete a milestone withing X number of days of the due date or be unable to complete that milestone.

2.3 Teams should be "cancelled" if they fail to meet a criteria such as 2.1 or 2.2.

3.1 Teams must make a final submission by the end date or be unable to make the submission.

3.2. Teams must make a final submission within X number of days of their end date, or be unable to make the submission.

3.3 Teams should be "cancelled" if they fail to meet a criteria such as 3.1 or 3.2.

Ultimately I'd like to see all of these configuration options and be able to create all the permutations as needed.

Additionally, I think teams should be notified in any scenario where they miss a piece of criteria and are unable to retroactively complete it, or when a team is "cancelled".
