Currently, when you assign learners in teams and some members are not engaged/participating, the only option is to delete the team member. This does not allow for clear visibility on the platform of who is not participating/responsive. To circumvent this, we have been doing individual teams of 1, which hinders the employer experience.

Having the ability to suspend a teammate so they show up similarly to a cancelled team when viewing the platform would be ideal.

Note: If possible, I would like this to be reversible, as there have been (a small number of) instances where people will re-engage and the partner asks us to add them back.
