As a platform admin, I want reusable libraries for announcements and resources, similar to survey libraries, so I can quickly select the right template instead of copy-pasting or storing content on my desktop.
The library should allow me to:
Choose from pre-approved templates.
Choose from my own saved templates.
Quickly search and select the right content.
Save content as a reusable template.
Goal: Make creating announcements and resources faster, more consistent, and easier to manage.

Love this and I'd also love the ability to add a batch of templates at once - say for TCC I know I've got exact ones I use every time and just need to change the dates (for announcements). Instead of adding templates one by one!
