As the experience admin or a team member, I'd like to add pinned links to a team page, outside the format of milestones and submissions:

* Link to a github repository

* Link to a google drive folder

* Meeting notes

* Link to a slack channel

I may also wish to add notes or comments that are not directly on a submission, but are more general for the team or the team + employer.
