The ability to create automated messages is very useful, especially when users are going on vacation. But close to the vacation date they could forget about Riipen given all the other cool things coming their way. I think if we could add the timeline for the automated messages so users could set them up ahead of time, that would help them to streamline the communication even further.

Karina this is a great idea, but we would need to see some signals that users would adopt this before we build it, since we haven't seen high usage of the automated messages yet. I will leave it in review and see if this post gets any votes, or if any new feedback comes in.

Emily Masching: Makes sense. I think part of the reason why we're not seeing them using as much is because this feature is kinda hidden into the settings tab (which now is much more robust).
We, CS, could be reminding them more about this cool new feature. Every time I mentioned it, they act surprised by the fact we offer it now and get somehow excited.
