One feature that was previously very helpful for employers was the ability to view projects being posted by other companies. Currently, that visibility appears to be removed.

Bringing this feature back could provide significant value to employers by helping them understand current industry trends, project types, and how other organizations are engaging students. It also gives employers inspiration and confidence when creating their own projects.

From a platform growth perspective, this could help increase overall project publications, as employers are often more motivated to post once they see examples of active projects and industry participation around them.

This feature supported both employer engagement and marketplace activity, and would be great to reintroduce.
