The affected users are:

Krupa Asher — krupa.asher@calbright.org

Logan Rowland — logan.rowland@calbright.org

Both users have been granted admin access, but they are still unable to access the Reports tab in their portal. When attempting to access the Metabase reporting environment directly, they receive a message stating that their account is disabled.

Expected behaviour: Users with the appropriate admin/reporting permissions should be able to see the Reports tab and access their custom Calbright reports without receiving an account-disabled error.

Actual behaviour: The Reports tab is unavailable, and direct access to Metabase returns an “Your account is disabled” message.
