The new feature announced can create a few problem's and making more complexities for employers when trying to match. It can create an excessive amount of projects in their dropdown screen when selecting which existing project they want to take to match with a particular experience.
Solutions/Ideas:
- Remove Feature to go back to only open projects can be applied
- Add a green or red dot next to it (so they know if it's open (green) or closed (red))
- Add the projects in the dropdown by date of publish not by alphabetical order so you know which one you want to apply in
-Search bar within the dropdown menu so it's faster/easier to find the porject you just published
- Any other suggestions
OR alternatively, archive older projects on the employer account, have them easier to batch "close or open" projects
Here's a vidyard of a few examples of this and how it can be tricky for employers, create some confusion and generally just make this more complex overall.

Would the following proposed solution work to solve this problem?
Create groups of categories in the dropdown and list the associated projects under each group. For example: Groups of all open projects, and closed projects, sorted by most recent.
Also, add the search bar under the dropdown.
Similar to the example attached.
Any additional feedback?

Shokoufeh MoradiI think that would be great, any way to just differentiate as some accounts have ALOT of projects up. Thank you so much!
