At this time, not planned. The terminology has been changed to Request match, and the "getting started" page of the wizard explains what requesting to match means. Since both parties need to accept, a match request can be submitted and the other party still has the opportunity to withdraw. I believe the current terminology best reflects what's actually happening, but if there are further suggestions here we'll be happy to re-open this.

Upcoming changes to the request wizard will make it more explicit to a user what it means to initiate a request. Start conversation isn't entirely representative of what happens when this button is clicked. We will explore user research around different terminology for this button.
