issue we are having: employer requested students applying to projects cant find/apply because the employer closes apps while we wait for the student and then trying to time opening them with the student applying is deeming to be annoying and causing other students to waste time applying to a project they will never be apart of

potential solve: could we close applications on a project and indicate that they are closed to everyone EXCEPT an employer requested student?

This could be in connection with the "invite to apply" but this would actually potentially be easier from the manual standpoint as it would mean something we could set when the project is accepted, as opposed to waiting until after to bring the student in and still need to open the project (running the risk of other students also applying)
