Tyler Cyrenne can you confirm the main purpose for this one? Is it about wanting to clear the user's interface from projects that may no longer apply to them, or is it more related to tracking and reporting? Or something else?

Emily Masching Thanks for asking! The main intention is to be able to more easily sort which employers we can reach out to if they have a draft sitting there. The list right now gets quite lengthy without filtering making re-engaging a bit more difficult - especially if we automate it.
From a data hygiene perspective, I also wonder what the value might be in drafts that have been around since 2017. In the following report, we have 11,042 total drafts. 7,662 were created before 2024 and remain drafts. Another 1,795 were created in the first 6 months of 2024 and remain drafts.
If there's value there I may be missing, no worries - we can keep filtering. Just wanted to bring it up as a potential thing for review.

Tyler Cyrenne Thanks Tyler! We explored this a bit and it seems counter to best practices used by bigger platforms - generally users' data should never be removed without warning them, which I don't think is what we want in this case, it's not the most exciting way to re-engage them. Do you want a filter added to that report to exclude drafts over a certain age?
For now, no platform changes but we can revisit in future if needed.

Emily Masching Thanks, Emily! That's good to know. Appreciate the context as well :) Regarding the filter, the one there in terms of when it was created should suffice!
