Eliminate the "Start this Project" button and automatically add projects to Student dashboards when they join

When a student joins a project, it would be great if it was automatically added to their dashboard without them having to click "Start this Project". Finding their way back to that button if they aren't familiar with the platform can be confusing.

As soon as a student has accepted their invitation to join a team, or (in an internship program) their team's application is accepted, the team appears in their dashboard. The user will see the team progress indicator at '0' and the text will indicate they should start the project.

Ran into this issue during the CCEC and also this morning with an employer who is being accused by a prof of not answering students when in fact the students haven't clicked start project to begin a chat with her in the first place.
