As an educator, If I have a list of 15 pending match requests on my experience, I'd like to be able to denote some of them as favourites. This helps me categorize the ones I really like first and deal with them before actioning any other match requests.

This may also be helpful if I have an assistant helping me parse through match requests. They can mark them as favourites and then I can check out those ones first.

I wouldn't want the employer to know I've favorited any match requests.
