One of the employers said despite not having a great experience with certain students, he was still giving them excellent feedback ratings out of fear they would retaliate and give him an undeserved bad score too.
If we implement a period a time between so that both sides can't see the others score, this will create more honest feedback OR if we are already doing this, note this to employers when they are completing feedback so they don't fear the repercussions of giving a bad rating.
