Hi! I’m wondering if we can improve how employers access projects across portals and companies.

I came across a case where an employer (QVdXZYEV) was unresponsive to a student on this project: https://wgu.riipen.com/teams/wzPxnW6z. After investigating, it appears the delay may have been due to the employer needing to switch companies in order to view the team.

This leads to a two-part request:

When an employer logs into Riipen, could their default view be “Exit All Portals,” so their dashboard shows all teams and portals they are involved in?

We’ve noticed that employers participating in signature programs often remain within those portals and may overlook projects in other university portals, especially when they have fewer teams there. This creates additional follow-up work and delays for students.

Similarly, could employers have visibility into all their projects across companies without needing to manually switch between them?

In this case, the employer had only one project under another company, so it’s likely they didn’t think to switch contexts to check it. Enabling a unified view across companies would ensure employers can see all teams and matches in one place, regardless of which company they are acting under.

Overall, this would reduce missed messages, improve response times, and create a smoother experience for both employers and students.
