Add visibility in the platform to show whether an employer has attempted verification. Instead of always displaying “Complete Verification,” the status could update to “Continue Verification” or “Attempted” once an employer has started the process.

This would allow ESAMs to quickly identify when an employer has begun verification but may be stuck. With this visibility, ESAMs could proactively flag the case with Compliance and check if any information is missing.

We’ve noticed several cases where employers begin the verification process but don’t complete it and don’t report the issue, which prevents them from moving forward.
