Improve Visibility of Employer Verification Status

Add visibility in the platform to show whether an employer has attempted verification. Instead of always displaying “Complete Verification,” the status could update to “Continue Verification” or “Attempted” once an employer has started the process.
This would allow ESAMs to quickly identify when an employer has begun verification but may be stuck. With this visibility, ESAMs could proactively flag the case with Compliance and check if any information is missing.
We’ve noticed several cases where employers begin the verification process but don’t complete it and don’t report the issue, which prevents them from moving forward.

Added to our next sprint - some technical hurdles here that need to be explored before we know for sure it's possible (verification on the match request is a bit different from company settings verification, since it could be a custom form and not just global verification).

To ESMs, I've seen the button turn to "Continue Verification" in the Company Settings > Verification. So, you can check there to see if they've started.

Andrew Nguyen I was hoping for visibility on the match request page instead of having to dig for it. When projects are in draft mode, we can easily gauge if something needs to be actioned on our end - especially for PPD programs.
I know there are other ways to check if an attempt was made, but we wouldn’t necessarily be alerted to do so.
