Adding language as a drop down to showcase the languages spoken by students would be a great way to allow employers to see if there are students in the cohort (thinking mostly of FP) that speak the languages they are looking to fill.

This would ideally help to encourage French employers who are hesitant to post a project for fear of not finding french students to see that there are french students in the cohort looking for projects
