As an employer, when I am looking at my dashboard or really anywhere that shows me tables of information which have a state like pending, accpeted, declined, etc, I would like to only see the pending items by default. This helps me see which items require my attention right away as oppose to seeing the history of the other items I've dealt with previously.

I'd specifically like to see this for team applications as the main one but I think it is also applicable to things like invites.

Perhaps a user level setting can be applied so that I can set it to pending by default but maybe other users want to see all items by default.
