Order of teams in Employer’s ‘my content -> teams’ view

This is feedback from a Level UP employer - request that teams are ordered in this view to show ongoing projects first. E.g. in the attached the first 3 projects are complete and the fourth is ongoing. Employer requesting that this ongoing project would show at the top of the list, followed by the complete projects.

This is likely something we will change but not exactly as suggested, because it is important for the employer to see and review recent submissions. As well, we do have "in progress" teams that can become very out of date if the team doesn't complete the project, so ordering by recently updated is more likely to show relevant results. I do think a few things could be changed here to help address the employer feedback: 1) add filter for completed vs in progress team, 2) potentially hiding teams where submission is complete and the employer has given feedback, but we need to do a bit more design work here to say conclusively. This one is in progress with the product team.
