Looking to have someone who's portal pass is suspended be unable to match to any experiences, even in the open marketplace. If this is not possible, as some folks use this to limit folks from entering private experiences only, alternate solution would be to provide the portal pass eligibility clearly on the match request.

Why? This comes directly from sig programs, where we have been using the suspended portal pass as a way to limit the ability of employers to match with the program, not realizing that that does not achieve that goal. Ideally the ability to fully block them when we suspend their portal pass would be ideal, but otherwise we would like to be able to clearly see that the portal pass has been suspended at the time of match, so we can not proceed.
