Currently, we are utilizing the "individual teams of 1" feature to support participants with getting individual feedback that can be highlighted on LinkedIn/shared publicly.

In order to revert back to using whole teams, I’d like to see a feature that prompts employers to leave individual (1:1) feedback. Ideally, this could mirror our existing private feedback prompt, ensuring that individual feedback isn’t grouped together in one general category as it currently is.
