As an employer, I'd love to be able to label my projects as Beginner, intermediate, advanced, expert or something. I think combining that with skills can be used by educators to even more quickly assess my projects and whether they are a good fit.

Similarly, I'd love to see educators marking their experiences with what level of skill they are looking for in the projects too. That way I could browse the marketplace by skill and this skill level and quickly find matches.
