When an Educator creates a new experience (or in the event they can re-open) we would like to ask them

all

if the experience is repeating and if the educator is coming back as well.

We could change the current questions to reflect that if it's easier.

We can already identify the new or repeat educator

Barkha Patel ideally we're able to only ask the academic marketplace people but understand we need a qualifier for that.
Melissa Carr Rowe is there a way we can phrase a qualifier question so we're only asking educators who post on our public marketplace and not the SP side? 
Followed by asking if they are repeating the experience or not? The repeat educator I can actually accommodate in Metabase without asking.

Mel, is there a way we can phrase the qualifier question so we're only asking educators who post on our public marketplace and not the SP side?

Ashley Missen: Adding a qualifier question could get tricky. Many educators may not know the correct answer if we ask something like, 'Is this experience intended for a specific program (e.g., Level UP, Advance Ontario)?' Educators may not be familiar with what qualifies as a special project or program. One option is:

Keep the new question, 'Is this experience a repeat of a previous one facilitated on Riipen?'
Use properties (https://help.riipen.com/en/articles/8299416-properties) to filter out any SP experiences when collecting data

"Is this experience a part of an Academic program?"
Right now, educators could say no and then we miss the count.

Barkha Patel Could we change the qualifier question of "Is this experience a part of an Academic program" to "Is this project being used as a part of a course experience for registered student?" 
And then the "Is this the first time you have taught this particular course using a Riipen project experience?" as the second question.

Ashley Missen: Thank you both! We made a few minor language adjustments to focus on course usage rather than the individual instructor. This helps clarify that we're asking about the course itself, not the instructor, so we can track repeat usage of Riipen in the course even if the instructor has changed. We can still identify separately whether the instructor is a repeat user. The questions will be:

"Is this experience being used as part of a course for registered students?"
If yes: "Is this the first time Riipen is being used for this course?"
