When the match request is sent by the experience, the portal pass questions at the portal level are no longer mandatory to match. This means that employers are skipping the mandatory portal questions required for reporting. This results in poor user experience as we have to chase them to respond, and if they don't we are forced to unmatch their projects.

Ideally, the portal pass questions work as verification does, where you are unable to accept the match without applying for a portal pass.
