Restricting Employers from sending duplicate match requests after being declined
Laura Martin
Is there a way to prevent Employers from sending duplicate match requests after an Educator has already declined a request?
One Employer sent 3 match requests on the same day to one Experience (both the educator and I messaged to explain the decline reason). 9 days later, the Employer has sent another request.

How common is this one? It would be difficult to restrict this without also blocking cases where we actually do want resubmission

Emily Masching If a resubmission is needed and we can still support it as admins, the educator can reach out to us for help with this. This helps avoid having the same employer being declined again and again, and prevents the perception that employers don't remember who they've already sent a request to.

Emily Masching Margarita Tiurina following on from this - the only cases where I have seen resubmission requests is as a result of expired requests (not intentionally declined requests) which Admins have to resubmit through Forest (assuming I'm correct in thinking Employers can not resend requests following expiry?)
