As an experience administrator, I would like the ability to export survey responses (e.g., from employers) with the associated Team ID (or learner name in case of individual teams?) included. Having the Team ID in the export would make it easier to identify which response corresponds to which team/learner and improve our reporting capabilities.

I think the only way we could do this would be to always include the team_id and team_name as headers/columns, but then just leave it blank in the case where responses are done per match/experience

Adding for context that Colin was able to help combine some tables to give us a version of the report that includes the following columns:
Recipient Learner Name, Learner Email
This met our current need, but would be beneficial to know if Team identifiers could be included; both in the case of team=1 student, or a team >1 student.
