As a Riipen admin and/or experience member, I want to be able to tag anyone present in the chat so they receive a notification. For example, a student didn't receive a response from an employer. They can tag @ExM or @Mike-the-educator to ask for help. The same could be useful in comments on submissions, but I haven't heard that particular request yet.
