I believe adding the ability to mark messages as unread after they’ve been opened would significantly improve workflow on the platform. When managing multiple employer and educator conversations across different portals, it’s easy to read a message while focused on another task and then forget to respond later. Being able to mark a message as unread would serve as a simple reminder that follow-up is still needed, helping ensure no conversations are overlooked and improving overall response management.
