After a student completes the onboarding survey for a project, can we automatically redirect them back to the team page? Upon redirection, we could display a platform notification directly above the "start project" button, reminding them to click on it. See the example at 3:55 in this video: [ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C8D9XkxEiHc ]. Currently, it redirects students to their dashboard. Rationale: Many students complete the onboarding survey but then forget to click "start project" because they're redirected to their dashboard. This leads to a surge in intercom traffic when they realize their project is "incomplete". This issue is consistent across all PPD programs requiring an onboarding survey.

Hi! We have students who delete themselves from projects in order to start another (for programs like Advance Ontario for example, where you can only complete 1 project). They can do this by clicking the garbage can beside their name under the member's tab of a project. This causes issues when they're looking for payment as we cannot pay an empty team. It also causes issues as students are easily violating our terms. Apologies if this is already on the roadmap but are we able to remove this functionality for students? Thank you!

If we know that the team will not be completing the project, we need a way to mark this as cancelled. This way we can track cancelled projects, and not continue to email teams with reminders to finish their project.

As an experience or portal admin, I'd love to be able to cancel or delete a payment while it is in a state of pending OR ready. Currently I can only do this when it is in pending. I'd like for any payment that goes from ready to cancelled to also be removed from its current batch.

This is feedback from a Level UP employer - request that teams are ordered in this view to show ongoing projects first. E.g. in the attached the first 3 projects are complete and the fourth is ongoing. Employer requesting that this ongoing project would show at the top of the list, followed by the complete projects.

This is feedback from multiple Level UP employers - it is confusing when learners working in teams of one, also give themselves a team name. Can the ‘create a team’ wizard help text suggest using your name as the ‘team name’ if you are in a team of one?

Student frequently reach out to Riipen to ask for access codes - since we can't verify enrolment, it would be great if students could request the access code from their educator on Riipen.

When a student joins a project, it would be great if it was automatically added to their dashboard without them having to click "Start this Project". Finding their way back to that button if they aren't familiar with the platform can be confusing.

I would love if projects were able to set a teams limit in the match itself instead of through the original project page. In its current state, the project may be open to 4 teams/openings and if they are accepted to 2 different course pages, each employer may think they can offer 4 spots or they may have 4 filled in one course before the students in the second course sign on to look.

Employers and students should be able to delete file uploads that are confidential, even after the end date has passed. Ideas: admin delation OR if there could be a "report" type button so that employers can easily request removal, that would be even more efficient.
